Lottery Scholarship Leads To Career In Service
Chibu Ekeh | University of Arkansas-Fayetteville
Chibu Ekeh knows service. As a psychology major at the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville, Chibu is looking forward to one day becoming an educational psychologist and working with special needs individuals.
“Individuals with special needs don’t get the attention they deserve sometimes,” says Chibu. “It really makes me feel good working with them and knowing that I’m actually helping in my community.”
In addition to his career plans, Chibu also serves in the Arkansas National Guard.
“They [national guard] can’t help me with school if I don’t receive a scholarship. So, receiving the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship changed my life.”
Sounds like you’re going to change some lives too, Chibu. Thank you for your service to our state and country. #ThisIsWinning
