The OAL makes every effort to ensure that the websites contain only accurate winning numbers; however, the OAL is aware of the possibility of human error in posting winning numbers to its websites. The OAL may not and will not pay a prize based upon information obtained from its websites, winning number information lines, social media accounts, or any other source of winning numbers other than the official winning numbers obtained from draws which are verified and validated by the OAL central gaming system. In the event that there is any discrepancy between the numbers posted on OAL websites and the official winning numbers which are verified and validated by the OAL central gaming system, the prevailing numbers are those which are verified and validated by the OAL central gaming system. The Executive Director of the OAL makes decisions regarding the determination of a winning lottery ticket or share, or the determination of the rightful owner or owners of a prize, or of any other dispute or matter arising from payment or awarding of prizes, and those decisions are final and binding on all parties. Further, the Executive Director makes the final decision as to whether any prize is to be paid.
The OAL reserves and protects its proprietary copyright and trademark rights in game names and graphics associated with ASL games and promotions. The OAL does not grant the right to use, copy or reproduce the ASL logo, game names, and graphics associated with OAL and ASL games and promotions, or any of the copyrighted content of this website without prior written permission from an authorized representative of the OAL.
