Between draw games and scratch-off tickets, Arkansas lottery players won big this week.

One lucky player hit the jackpot with last night’s Natural State Jackpot (NSJ) drawing.

A winning NSJ ticket worth $180,000 was sold at Shell Super Stop #109, 2001 N. Center St. in Elkins for the Feb. 25 drawing. The winning numbers were 2, 15, 18, 27 and 32.

This ticket is currently unclaimed. The winner has 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.

The Natural State Jackpot has reset to $50,000 for tonight’s drawing.

Another winner, Hope resident Bradagen Kaytar, won $50,000 playing $50,000 Frenzy. He claimed his prize at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) Claim Center on Feb. 26.

The $20 winning ticket was purchased at Barakaat Abundance USA LLC, 1201 N. Hervey St. in Hope.

Bradagen bought his ticket last weekend on his way to work. The Hope man usually plays $10 and $20 lottery games monthly or whenever he “feels lucky.” This time, he followed his intuition and purchased a $50,000 Frenzy instant ticket.

He scratched the ticket off in his car and could only stare in shock when he realized he had won the game’s $50,000 top prize.

“Am I looking at this right?” he asked.

The player quickly went back inside to scan his ticket. Sure enough, both the ticket scanner and the store clerk confirmed that he had won the $50,000 prize. Excited, the Hope resident couldn’t wait to collect his winnings at the ASL Claim Center.

“I tossed and turned the whole night,” Bradagen told lottery officials. “I thought to myself, ‘Is it 5 a.m. yet?’”

So far, the lucky winner has only shared the good news with his family. He plans to “get caught up” with his prize.

“I should start listening to my gut more!” Bradagen said. “Something this good happened this early in the year—what will the rest of the year be like?”

Sixty-eight top prizes worth $50,000 each remain on the $50,000 Frenzy instant game.
