Mega Millions Jackpot Rises to $423 Million; LOTTO Jackpot Climbs to $1.13 Million for Saturday Night
The anticipation rises for this weekend’s drawings as the Mega Millions® and LOTTO jackpots continue to grow, offering millions in prizes.
Drawing tonight, the Mega Millions jackpot is $423 million.
At nearly half of $1 billion, this jackpot is Mega Millions’ highest since the game change in April. The all-new version of the draw game features a built-in multiplier that increases all winning non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 times. It also features higher starting jackpots, better odds of winning and no breakeven prizes.
Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 10 p.m. Tickets cost $5 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 9:45 p.m. on draw days.
The LOTTO jackpot also continues to rise for its Saturday night drawing. At $1.13 million, it marks the highest LOTTO jackpot since a Yell County resident claimed the $5.123 million jackpot in February of this year.
LOTTO is an in-state draw game designed to give Arkansas players another chance to win big prizes. Drawings occur on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9 p.m. Tickets cost $2 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m.
If the jackpot is hit, it will reset to $250,000 for the next drawing. If multiple players win the jackpot, they will split the prize evenly.
Mega Millions and LOTTO tickets are available for purchase at licensed Arkansas Scholarship Lottery retailers and through retailer apps from ASL’s Play on the Go partners. For more information about the Play on the Go options, visit the Where To Play page on the ASL website.
