The record-high LOTTO jackpot rises to $2.98 million ahead of its Saturday night drawing.

This jackpot continues to surpass the game’s previous record-high jackpot of $2.338 million, claimed in May 2023.

LOTTO is an in-state draw game, played and won exclusively in Arkansas. Previous jackpot winners include a Sebastian County resident and a Pulaski County resident.

Drawings occur twice per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9 p.m. Six numbers between 1 and 40 are drawn, as well as a bonus number. To win the jackpot, a LOTTO player must match the first six numbers drawn in any order. Alternate prizes are available for players who match three or more winning numbers, with or without the bonus number.

Once the jackpot is won, it resets to $250,000 and increases with ticket sales for the next drawing. If more than one jackpot-winning ticket is sold, the jackpot is split evenly among the winners. Winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.

LOTTO tickets cost $2 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m.
