LOTTO Jackpot Breaks $3.025 Million; Natural State Jackpot Climbs to $330,000 for Tonight’s Draw
Arkansas-exclusive draw games rise to new heights for upcoming drawings.
The record LOTTO jackpot soars to $3.025 million for Wednesday night’s drawing, becoming the game’s first-ever jackpot to exceed $3 million. The previous highest jackpot of $2.338 million was claimed in May 2023.
LOTTO is a draw game sold only in the state of Arkansas. Launched in September 2022, it was designed to offer Arkansas players a chance to win big prizes.
Drawings occur every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m. Six numbers between 1 and 40 are drawn. A LOTTO player must match these six digits, drawn in any combination, to win the jackpot. Alternative prizes are available for winners who match three or more winning numbers, with or without the bonus number.
Once the jackpot is won, it resets to $250,000 and increases with ticket sales from each draw.
LOTTO tickets cost $2 per play. Sales cut off at 8:59 p.m. the night of the draw.
Another in-state draw game, the Natural State Jackpot (NSJ), rises to $330,000 for tonight’s drawing.
NSJ transitioned to daily drawings in April 2024 to encourage higher, faster-growing jackpots. Its current highest jackpot of $600,000 was claimed in July 2024.
“With the Natural State Jackpot on the rise, we now have two Arkansas-exclusive draw games in high jackpot territory,” said Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Director Sharon Strong. “We look forward to seeing ticket sales for those games turn into scholarships for Arkansas students—especially with the new school year right around the corner.”
The NSJ jackpot amount starts at $50,000, increasing by $5,000 for every draw until it reaches $100,000. After that, it increases by $10,000 with each draw.
NSJ drawings occur daily at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $1 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 7:59 p.m.
LOTTO and NSJ tickets are available for purchase via licensed Arkansas lottery retailers, the Jackpocket app, Jackpot.com, and Lotto.com.
