Arkansas Lottery Players Could Win Big Ahead of July Fourth

Arkansas lottery players could add a big win to their Fourth of July festivities as in-state jackpots surge for tonight’s drawings.

Tonight’s LOTTO jackpot soars to $2.509 million, surpassing its previous highest jackpot of $2.338 million.

LOTTO is a draw game that is played and won only in Arkansas. Previous winners include a Sebastian County resident who claimed a $2.338 million jackpot and a Pulaski County resident who claimed a $999,000 jackpot.

A LOTTO player selects six numbers between 1 and 40. Six numbers and a bonus number are drawn. A player must match the first six numbers drawn in any order to win the jackpot. Alternate prizes are available for players who match three or more winning numbers, with or without the bonus number.

LOTTO drawings occur on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9 p.m. Tickets cost $2 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m.

The Natural State Jackpot (NSJ), another Arkansas-exclusive draw game, rises to $530,000 for tonight’s drawing. Previously, the game’s highest jackpot was $520,000.

NSJ drawings occur daily at 8 p.m. To win the jackpot, an NSJ player must match all five numbers drawn. Once the jackpot is won, it resets to $50,000 and increases by $5,000 with each draw until it reaches $100,000. After that, the jackpot increases by $10,000 until won.

Tickets cost $1 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 7:59 p.m.

Lottery tickets are available for purchase through licensed Arkansas lottery retailers, the Jackpocket app, and
