$150,000 Powerball Ticket Sold in Rogers; Powerball and LOTTO Jackpots Soar for Saturday Draws

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.

A $150,000 ticket was recently sold for the April 3 Powerball® drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at Murphy USA 6529 on 2112 W. Walnut St. in Rogers. The winner has 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.

The Powerball jackpot soars to $1.3 billion leading into tomorrow night’s drawing. Saturday marks the 41st consecutive draw in this jackpot run, making it one of the longest in Powerball history. The jackpot was previously claimed at $842.4 million on New Year’s Day.

To win the jackpot, a player must match all five white balls and the red Powerball. Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 9:59 p.m.

The LOTTO jackpot has also grown steadily, reaching $1.504 million ahead of the Saturday night drawing.

LOTTO is an in-state draw game, sold only in Arkansas. Drawings occur every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m. Six numbers between 1 and 40 are drawn, as well as a bonus number. To win the jackpot, players must match the first six numbers drawn. Alternative prizes are available for players who match three or more digits, with or without the bonus number.

Previous winners include a Sebastian County resident who won a $2.338 million prize and a Pulaski County resident who won a $999,000 prize.
