Winning $100,000 Powerball Ticket Sold in Pine Bluff; In-State Lottery Games Soar for Weekend Draws

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.

A winning Powerball® ticket worth $100,000 was sold at Olive Market & Deli on 2202 S. Olive St. in Pine Bluff for the August 14 drawing. The winning numbers were 8, 9, 23, 29 and 62. The Powerball® number was 13, and the Power Play® multiplier was 2.

The ticket matched four out of five winning numbers, plus the Powerball number, and earned a $50,000 prize. With the multiplier, the prize doubled to $100,000.

This prize is currently unclaimed. The winner has 180 days from the draw date to collect their prize at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center in Little Rock.

In-state draw games also continue to rise ahead of this weekend’s drawings.

The LOTTO jackpot for Saturday night is $3.078 million.

LOTTO drawings occur every Wednesday and Friday at 9 p.m. Six numbers between 1 and 40 are drawn, plus a bonus number. A player must match the first six numbers, in any combination, to win the jackpot. Alternate prizes are available for winners who match three or more winning numbers, with or without the bonus number.

The Natural State Jackpot (NSJ) also rises to $360,000 for tonight’s drawing.

NSJ drawings occur daily at 8 p.m. To win the jackpot, a player must match all five numbers drawn.

Ticket sales cut off at 7:59 p.m., and tickets cost $1 per play.
