In-State Jackpots Set New Records for Weekend Draws

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.

Jackpots for in-state draw games continue to reach record highs ahead of this weekend’s drawings.

The LOTTO jackpot jumps to $2.551 million for Saturday night. The record-breaking jackpot has risen with ticket sales from each draw since it was last hit in September 2023.

LOTTO is an Arkansas-exclusive draw game designed to give Arkansas players a chance to win bigger prizes. Its previous highest jackpot was $2.338 million, claimed by a Sebastian County resident in May 2023.

Drawings occur twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9 p.m. Six numbers between 1 and 40 are drawn. A LOTTO player must match these six numbers drawn in any order to win the jackpot. Alternate prizes are available for players who match three or more winning numbers, with or without the bonus number.

LOTTO tickets are $2 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m.

The Natural State Jackpot (NSJ) also soars to $550,000 for tonight’s drawing.

The NSJ transitioned to daily drawings in April 2024 to produce higher, faster-growing jackpots. The game’s previous biggest jackpots were a $520,000 prize won in June 2022 and a $510,000 prize won in October 2023.

NSJ drawings occur at 8 p.m. Five numbers between 1 and 39 are drawn. To win the jackpot, an NSJ player must match all five of these winning numbers. Once the jackpot is hit, it resets to $50,000 and increases by $5,000 with each draw until it reaches $100,000. After that, the jackpot increases by $10,000 until won.

Tickets cost $1 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 7:59 p.m.

LOTTO and NSJ tickets are available for purchase through licensed Arkansas lottery retailers, the Jackpocket app, Lotto.com and Jackpot.com.
