LOTTO Jackpot Surges to $2.216 Million

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.

The LOTTO Jackpot surges to $2.216 million for tomorrow night’s drawing.

LOTTO is a draw game that is played and won exclusively in Arkansas. Previous jackpot winners include Sebastian County and Pulaski County residents.

Drawings occur twice weekly, every Wednesday and Saturday at 9 p.m. Six numbers between 1 and 40 are drawn, as well as a bonus number. To win the jackpot, players must match the first six numbers drawn in any order. Alternate prizes are available for players who match three or more winning numbers, with or without the bonus number.

Once the jackpot is won, it resets to $250,000 for the next drawing. Winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.

Tickets cost $2 per play, and ticket sales cut off at 8:59 p.m. As with any lottery product, players must be 18 years old or older to purchase a ticket.

For tonight’s drawing, the Mega Millions® jackpot is $20 million, and the Natural State Jackpot is $270,000. The Powerball® jackpot is $206 million for tomorrow night. Tickets are available through licensed Arkansas lottery retailers, the Jackpocket app, Lotto.com and Jackpot.com.

Lottery ticket sales help fund student scholarships in Arkansas, raising $1.4 billion in scholarship proceeds since 2009.
