Retailer Spotlight - Tobacco Mart #2

The staff at Tobacco Mart #2, located at 1024 Military Road in Benton, knows that excellent customer service always brings repeat business, especially when selling Arkansas lottery products. 

"Our team is extremely friendly and knows each lottery player by name, including their buying habits," said Andrew Nettles, store director. "We educate our customers on lottery games and the AR Lottery + Club app, help them fill out playslips, and assist them with checking their tickets." 

The store has two registers allowing customers to purchase lottery products in-store or at the drive-thru window. This added convenience also contributes to the location's speedy service. 

"We have a lot of players who aren't tobacco users but visit our location just to purchase tickets," Andrew said. "More than half of our tobacco customers are also lottery players."

"Our customers have fun playing the lottery and realize it helps raise money for scholarships for students who want to get a good education," said Amy Pierce, store manager. "As a retailer, it's rewarding to know that lottery sales help supports this mission of providing financial assistance to Arkansans."
