New Campaign Helps Make a Difference in Arkansas Education

The staff at Flash Market #25 say the latest Play. Scratch. Win. brand campaign entices customers to spend more time in their store located at 3400 N. Washington St. in Forrest City. It stimulates energy and excitement around the store’s top-selling lottery category – instant tickets. 

The emotional connection around the new campaign drives customer loyalty and proves to be a win for everyone – a win for the lottery, a win for the store, a win for players, and notably, a win for scholarship recipients. 

“We sell a lot of scratch-off tickets! Weekends are very busy for lottery sales, and on game-launch days, we can see a rush for scratch-off tickets,” says Sharon Hodges, store manager. “Our customers love the lottery, and we provide the best customer service to all of our players.” 

Market Manager Janelle Garrett says the store has two registers to ensure all lottery players are attended to quickly during peak hours to keep up with lottery traffic. Flash Market also accepts debit cards for lottery products which have tremendously increased lottery sales throughout the years.  

“We encourage them to play because if they win, they leave happy and will come back to our store to purchase more lottery products,” Garrett said. “This loyalty helps us send a lot of students to college in need of financial assistance, which is one of my favorite things about the lottery.”
